Meet the Community The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) Alumni & Associates Network Our community is a robust mix of individuals devoted to healthcare, primarily consisting of Medical Doctors (MDs) and Doctors of Osteopathy (DOs) specializing in integrative medicine, as well as Certified Integrative Lifestyle Coaches. Together, we work towards a unified goal of delivering healthcare that treats the body, mind, and spirit.

As part of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) Alumni & Associates Network, we are part of one of the largest communities of extensively trained Integrative Medicine Practitioners in the world. The AWCIM's Alumni & Associates Network was established through the Integrative Medicine Fellowship developed by Dr. Andrew Weil in 1997. This educational program has gained global recognition for its transformative approach to healthcare. With six programs tailored to health care professionals at different stages of their careers, from residents to practicing medical professionals, AWCIM offers comprehensive training in integrative medicine practices. Being a member of our Alumni & Associates Network comes with various benefits. Graduates receive invitations to special virtual and in-person events, stay updated with monthly newsletters on integrative medicine, and have access to ongoing Continuing Medical Education (CME) opportunities.

The Alumni & Associates Conference organized by AWCIM provides a platform for graduates to reconnect with classmates and network with integrative health colleagues from around the world. Additionally, AWCIM's Alumni Network comprises regional and specialty Alumni Chapters.
